poison oak, poisoning the minds of the masses, and presents

so for the past two (almost three) weeks, i've had an ugly rash that i think is poison oak from that hike. large chunks of my face were bright red, scaly looking and leathery and it itched. most of the shti on my face is almost completely gone now, but patches have popped up all over my body. everything seems to be in the late phases though, so i'm not terribly worried. just have to keep taking antihistamines till it goes away.

i hate the pope. in his new book, "memory and identity", he calls gay marriage evil and compares abortion to the holocaust, which i could not find more offensive. i find the title of the book rather ironic, though, since he probably can't remember who he is most of the time.

i also hate trip hawkins, because he's an evasive douchebag who can't give a straight answer to a question. also, nintendo will NEVER sell to microsoft, and thank god for that.

naruto got licensed, which is horrible news because hypothetically it is now illegal to download it in the US. i think some groups are still translating/releasing it though, so hoepfully i will be able to get my weekly fix still. on the plus side, it will be on cartoon network later this year. hopefully the translation/dubbing won't blow ass.

jen got me an ipod for valentines day, and it fucking rocks. i just have to figure out how to jimmy it up to my car stereo now.

jen's birthday is pretty soon, and i think i'm going to get her a bamboo screen because i remembered she was looking at it a few months ago. i think it looks pretty cool, too, and would look nice in our place.

gotta get back to testing.
