he's not going to make such a RIDICULOUS attempt to make a constitutional ammendment banning gay marriage. i mean, if you're against gay marriage, that's totally your right, though i'll argue with you. but to even suggest an ammendment to the bill of rights BANNING ANYTHING shows me that you do not know what the constitution and bill of rights are for. i mean, c'mon now. we learned this in high school. MIDDLE SCHOOL. the bill of rights is supposed to protect individuals, not hinder them. the only ammendment to hinder a person was repealed. the constitution is neither the place nor the means to prohibit the rights of an individual.
