are the names of ikea pieces actual swedish words? or are they just gibberish

jen and i officially have an apartment in LA. in hollywood, to be exact. we're between sunset blvd and santa monica blvd. the bank is at sunset and vine, where the walk of fame starts. you can see the hollywood sign not from our window (we get dont get the right view), but you can certainly see if from other spots in our neighborhood.

there are restaraunts and shops all over the place.

and best of all, there is a brand new target like two blocks away. and best buy will be built in the same complex by the end of the month.

i will probably end up working at that best buy for a while. this is not a bad thing. it sounds like one of the best damn places to work.

our apartment rocks. its so fucking nice. i'm psyched.

we went to ikea to look at furniture, and man oh man do they have cool shit there. expensive shit that isn't all that sturdy, but cool. we're almost certainly getting this for one wall.

we have more ideas, but its crazy late and i can't describe it all. i'll take pictures when we're done.

CONVERSELY, this is my last week of schoolwork, and it sucks already. problem set due LAST friday, so have to get it to the professor's office by monday morning. gigantic interreligious dialogue paper due tuesday. finals wednesday and thursday.

then i'm done with school. crazy.
